Breakfast Service (optional)
8Wake up to breakfast delivered to your room, our “Breakfast in a Box” can be enjoyed on your balcony at a pre-arranged time with your host, Madison.
Served between 7am – 10.30am, pre-book it the day before – (especially for Sundays when stores may not be open), so we can assure you will enjoy:
Freshly brewed Lavazza coffee (milk if required)*
Fresh fruit salad,
Juice of the day
Special of the day (eggs/ yoghurt with muesli bar/oatmeal, etc)
Something from the bakery (baguettes, croissants, koulouri, bougatsa)
Something sweet like Cake, Oatmeal, Chia pudding, cereal
Condiments such as butter, jam, sugar, salt, pepper, etc
*Hot chocolate available for children
We aim to avoid the use of plastic except in the case of hygienic safety to cover the food and beverages.
Cost is €8 per person/per day (or 15€ for a couple) and can be ordered one day, every day, whatever suits our guests.
“Breakfast in a Bag” is also available for anyone with early departures,
an early work day or anyone heading on an excursion.
An example is shown below.

Families and children
Children are always welcome at Eviali Apartments.
Since we have a child of our own and like to travel, we know that we don’t want to have to bring everything with us.
We have the following available for families.
- Fold out pack and play (πάπρκο κρέβατο)
- Small bath tubs (infant and toddler)
- Safety electric socket protectors
- Games and puzzles
- Special children’s Plates /Cups, etc
We also have other things available like a booster high chair, etc for those that don’t want to bring one with them. Just email us your needs and we will let you know what we can do.

There is a pediatrician’s office 50 meters from Eviali Apartments, as well as a pharmacy 40 meters from us.
Booking Terms and Conditions
Payment Methods
To secure your reservation, we accept deposits via the following methods. Our primary account is with Eurobank, which we recommend for the fastest confirmation.
Bank Transfer: Eurobank (Preferred), Piraeus Bank, or National Bank of Greece (NBG).
IRIS Payments: Instant transfer via VAT ID (ΑΦΜ).
Digital: PayPal (Subject to a 3% processing fee).
Note: For transfers from Piraeus or NBG to our Eurobank account, please ensure the transfer is set to “OUR” to cover any inter-bank fees.

Για την επιβεβαίωση της κράτησής σας, μπορείτε να πραγματοποιήσετε την κατάθεση με τους παρακάτω τρόπους. Ο κύριος λογαριασμός μας είναι στην Eurobank, την οποία και προτείνουμε για ταχύτερη επιβεβαίωση.
Τραπεζική Κατάθεση: Eurobank (Προτιμώμενη), Τράπεζα Πειραιώς ή Εθνική Τράπεζα (ΕΤΕ).
Πληρωμή IRIS: Άμεση μεταφορά χρησιμοποιώντας το ΑΦΜ μας.
Ψηφιακά: PayPal (Επιβαρύνεται με 3% έξοδα επεξεργασίας).
Σημείωση: Για μεταφορές από Πειραιώς ή Εθνική προς τον λογαριασμό μας στην Eurobank, παρακαλούμε επιλέξτε την ένδειξη έξοδα “OUR” για την κάλυψη των διατραπεζικών προμηθειών.

Reservations & Deposits
Secure your Stay: A €100 deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
Small Bookings: If your total stay amounts to less than €100, we require full prepayment at the time of booking.
Settling the Balance: The remaining balance for your stay is payable in full upon check-in.
Cancellations & Refunds
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel, our refund policy is based on the notice provided:
10 days or more notice: Full refund of your deposit (less a 3% processing fee for PayPal or bank transfers).
6–9 days notice: 50% refund of your deposit.
5 days or less notice: No refund.
No-Shows / Check-in Day Cancellations: No refund.
Early Departures (High Season): Guests departing earlier than their scheduled checkout date will be charged 50% of the remaining booking value.
Important Notes
Unforeseen Events & Travel Insurance While we strive to be as flexible as possible, we cannot be held responsible for cancellations caused by events beyond our control (such as extreme weather or natural disasters). In these rare cases, our standard cancellation policy applies. For your own peace of mind and to protect your holiday investment, we kindly suggest taking out travel insurance.
Bank Transfers & Fees If you are transferring funds from a third-party bank, the guest is responsible for all transaction costs. To ensure we receive the correct amount and to avoid delays with your refund, please ensure transfers are set to “OUR” (not SHA) so that all bank charges are covered by the sender.
Κρατήσεις & Προκαταβολές
Εξασφάλιση Διαμονής: Για την επιβεβαίωση της κράτησής σας, απαιτείται προκαταβολή 100€.
Μικρές Κρατήσεις: Εάν το συνολικό ποσό της διαμονής σας είναι μικρότερο από 100€, απαιτείται πλήρης προπληρωμή κατά την κράτηση.
Εξόφληση Υπολοίπου: Το υπόλοιπο ποσό της διαμονής σας καταβάλλεται πλήρως κατά την άφιξη (check-in).
Ακυρώσεις & Επιστροφές Χρημάτων
Κατανοούμε ότι τα σχέδιά σας μπορεί να αλλάξουν. Σε περίπτωση ακύρωσης, η πολιτική επιστροφής χρημάτων βασίζεται στο χρονικό διάστημα της ενημέρωσης:
10 ημέρες ή περισσότερο πριν την άφιξη: Πλήρης επιστροφή της προκαταβολής (με κράτηση 3% για έξοδα επεξεργασίας PayPal ή τραπεζικής μεταφοράς).
6–9 ημέρες πριν την άφιξη: Επιστροφή του 50% της προκαταβολής.
5 ημέρες ή λιγότερο πριν την άφιξη: Καμία επιστροφή χρημάτων.
Μη εμφάνιση (No-show) ή ακύρωση την ημέρα της άφιξης: Καμία επιστροφή χρημάτων.
Πρόωρη αναχώρηση (Υψηλή Περίοδος): Για αναχωρήσεις νωρίτερα από την προγραμματισμένη ημερομηνία, επιβάλλεται χρέωση 50% του υπολειπόμενου ποσού της κράτησης.
Σημαντικές Σημειώσεις
Απρόβλεπτα Γεγονότα & Ταξιδιωτική Ασφάλιση Παρόλο που προσπαθούμε να είμαστε όσο το δυνατόν πιο ευέλικτοι, το κατάλυμα δεν φέρει ευθύνη για ακυρώσεις που οφείλονται σε γεγονότα πέρα από τον έλεγχό μας (όπως ακραία καιρικά φαινόμενα ή φυσικές καταστροφές). Σε αυτές τις σπάνιες περιπτώσεις, ισχύει η τυπική πολιτική ακυρώσεων. Για τη δική σας εξασφάλιση και ηρεμία, σας προτείνουμε τη χρήση ταξιδιωτικής ασφάλισης.
Τραπεζικά Εμβάσματα & Έξοδα Σε περίπτωση μεταφοράς χρημάτων από άλλη τράπεζα, ο επισκέπτης επιβαρύνεται με όλα τα έξοδα συναλλαγής. Για να διασφαλιστεί η ορθή λήψη του ποσού και η αποφυγή καθυστερήσεων στην επιστροφή χρημάτων, παρακαλούμε βεβαιωθείτε ότι οι μεταφορές γίνονται με την ένδειξη “OUR” (όχι SHA), ώστε τα τραπεζικά έξοδα να καλύπτονται από τον αποστολέα
